Study of the NUCLEUS Background
The thesis job will focus on the study, by means of Montecarlo simulations, of experimental configurations and veto systems that allow the minimization of the background level expected for the experiment. contact: marco.vignati@roma1.infn.it, fabio.cappella@roma1.infn.it
BullKID: Development of next-generation Kinetic Inductance Detectors
The thesis job will focus on the development of novel detectors for the next phase of NUCLEUS and other experiments on neutrino and dark matter physics. It aims at porting the technology of Kinetic Inductance Detectors (which has already proven excellent performances in astrophysics) to these new fields. contact: marco.vignati@roma1.infn.it, angelo.cruciani@roma1.infn.it
